Please note this is an entirely handmade product and as such minor imperfections such as bubbles are part of the process.

*RETURN POLICY*

Before shipment, each of our products is thoroughly checked. Used candles cannot be returned or reimbursed due to the nature of our goods. However, if photographic evidence of damage is provided to Love&light South Africa within 48 hours of delivery, we will replace or refund products that were damaged during transit.

Order Processing Time:
At Love&light South Africa, we strive to process and ship your order as fast as possible, usually within 3-4 business days. However, please note that processing times may differ depending on the availability of the product and the time of your order.

Shipping Rates:
We charge a flat rate of ZAR 120 for standard shipping. If you require expedited shipping, the shipping rate will be calculated during checkout and will depend on your location and the weight of the package.

Shipping Carriers:
All orders are delivered by The Courier Guy, a reputable South Africa delivery service.

Shipping Destinations:
We currently only ship within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

Shipping Confirmation:
As soon as the order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order on our shipping carrier's website.
